Welcome to Easy Go. These terms govern your use of the rider and driver apps. By using the apps you agree to them.
The service
Easy Go is a platform that connects riders with independent drivers. The service runs 24 hours a day; driver availability at any given time is not guaranteed.
Your account
- You must be at least 18, register with accurate details and use your own phone number.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or harm others.
Fares and payment
- The fare is shown before you confirm and is based on distance and vehicle type; it may change if the route or stops change or if there is waiting time.
- Pay cash to the driver or online by card/wallet through licensed payment providers.
- Coupons and discounts have their own conditions and may be cancelled if misused.
Cancellations and fees
Cancelling after a driver accepts, or not showing up at the pickup point, may incur a fee shown in the app and added to your next trip.
Conduct and safety
- Riders and drivers must treat each other with respect. Harassment, violence or carrying illegal items is forbidden.
- Use SOS or trip sharing if you feel unsafe.
Drivers
- Drivers must hold a valid driving licence, vehicle licence and criminal record certificate; accounts are reviewed before activation.
- Easy Go takes the commission shown in the app on every trip, and drivers must settle the commission on cash trips on time.
- There is no fixed or guaranteed income - earnings depend on the trips a driver completes.
Complaints
You can file a complaint in the app; our team replies within 24 hours.
Liability
We work to keep the service safe and reliable but are not liable for delays or outages beyond our control.
Changes
We may update these terms; changes are published on this page. Continuing to use the apps means you accept them.
Deleting your account
Delete your account in the app (Account → Delete my account) or at /delete-account.
