Delete from the app (fastest)
- Open the Easy Go app (rider or driver) and sign in.
- Go to Account (bottom bar or menu).
- Tap Delete my account, confirm and enter your password.
You cannot delete your account while you are on an active trip.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email, phone number, password and last location are removed from the account, so you can no longer sign in with it.
- Trip, payment and invoice records are kept without your personal details for the period required by law and accounting.
- Drivers: if you also want your uploaded documents (ID, licences, criminal record) erased, send a request below and say so - our team erases them.
- Any wallet or bonus balance is lost - settle it before deleting.
